Individual or Group Program
INDIVIDUAL - If you prefer to have undivided personal attention then the Individual Program is for you. The sessions will cover your health history, the two most missing foods in our diet, recipes, tips, and a lot more. You will learn how to implement new foods into your diet, how to cook healthier which will affect your entire family, how food affects your body and mood, and how to live a life without medications, just to name a few. We will go over supplements, how to get more exercise, and focus on your specific concerns and goals. The individual session will last approximately 45-60 minutes.
GROUP - This is a very fun way to go through the program. The group sessions can run from 1 1/2 to 2 hours and, as a result, can include stretching, meditation, energy work, and if possible, some cooking classes along with nutrition and wellness coaching. In the group setting you meet like minded people, have support outside of class, and benefit from others experiences. Once the group is formed and we find a location, we then decide on dates that will accomodate everyones schedule. I will conduct a FREE initial consulation over the phone with each participant privately, which will last 30-45 minutes, before the sessions begin.
If you organize a group of 5 other people who pay in full for the program, you receive the entire program for FREE.
Basic Healthy Living program consists of 10 sessions, meeting every two weeks, for 45-60 minutes. In this session a few things we cover are:
- the two most missing foods in our diet
- protein & dairy
- sugar & energetics of food
- digestion process
- recipes & tips
Advanced Healthy Living plan - If facing a chronic illness the best program is the 12-14 session advanced plan which allows us to concentrate on reversing your most serious concerns. We cover the basic program and add focus classes.
